SharedPreferencesto store your productivity progress locally on your device. This includes:Your daily focus streak count.
Your preferred timer duration settings.
Media Access: The App utilizes the system’s
RingtoneManagersolely to play a notification sound when a focus session is completed. It does not record audio or access your personal media files.
2. How We Use Your Information
The limited data collected locally on your device is used exclusively to:
Track and display your focus “streaks” to encourage productivity.
Maintain your user preferences (e.g., focus duration).
Provide a visual and auditory “bloom” experience when your timer finishes.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. Since Focus Bloom does not connect to a centralized server, your data remains entirely under your control on your physical device.
4. Permissions
To function correctly, Focus Bloom utilizes the following standard Android capabilities:
Vibration/Sound: To alert you when a timer ends.
System Alerts: To ensure the timer continues to function while the app is in the foreground.
5. Data Retention
Your focus data (streaks) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this local data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered by us.
6. Children’s Privacy
Focus Bloom is a productivity tool intended for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, as no personal information is collected by the App whatsoever.
